Based at Milton Keynes University Hospital and privately at the Saxon Clinic, Alison has trained at prestigious institutions such as Guy’s and St Thomas’s in London and completed post-graduate training in Oxford. As a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, she brings high professional standards and a caring, supportive attitude to her patients. Sarah is a long serving, expert and highly professional medical secretary who has worked with Alison over a number of years. She shares the dedicated approach to patient care and ensures that all formal patient communications are professional, prompt and accurate.

Dr Ian Knight brings over two decades of experience as a dedicated General Practitioner, offering comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in the Aylesbury area. He qualified from the prestigious St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School in London, followed by extensive surgical training across the UK before settling in Aylesbury to complete his general practice training. ​ He has been a GP partner in the local community for over 12 years and has been practising as a GP for more than 20 years. His broad clinical expertise allows him to manage the full spectrum of general practice, with a strong focus on personalised, holistic care. ​ Dr Knight has a special interest in pain management and offers steroid injections for arthritic joints - an area of practice he has been involved in since his hospital medicine days, prior to becoming a GP. His approach centres on helping patients navigate their individual health challenges with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based solutions. ​ Outside of medicine, Dr Knight is an aviation enthusiast and enjoys flying light aircraft. He also has a passion for motorcycles and finds relaxation working in the garden.

I am Dr Hafsa Umar, fully qualified GP working currently in a senior role in an NHS practice based in MK. Apart from working as a GP I have a special interest in ENT and have achieved postgraduate qualification in this area. I see patients through community ENT service with issues including nose bleeds, ear pain/infection/discharge, nasal blockage/sinusitis, ear wax issues and that would include patients of any age including elderly and children. I am passionate about medical education and currently work as a GP trainer, enjoying my role in training future GPs and helping them navigate there way through training and beyond. I am also involved in teaching medical students locally. I can see children, adults, elderly and deal with women's health issues including but not limited to peri/post-menopause management. I enjoy working as a GP due to the vast variety of patients you get to see and the working relationship you develop with them through the years. I do however appreciate the time constraints we have in NHS work and that's why working at Alician I am looking forward to seeing you in a peaceful environment and give you the time and care that you need.

Mike Griffiths is a highly experienced Audiologist with over 25 years of experience in hearing care. He has been providing private audiology services across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and Milton Keynes for more than a decade. Mike completed an Honours Degree in Physiology at the University of Bristol in 1994, followed by a master’s in Audiology at the Institute of Vibration Research, University of Southampton in 1998. He earned his Certificate of Audiological Competence in 1999 and went on to work as a Clinical Scientist at: • Royal Sussex County Hospital, • Birmingham Children’s Hospital, • Head of Audiology at Northampton General Hospital (2001). With 20 years of experience in audiology, James Lungley is a highly qualified hearing specialist dedicated to providing expert hearing care and ear wax removal. He holds an HNC in Medical Physics and has completed Parts One and Two of the British Association of Audiology Technicians qualifications. James also holds a master’s degree (MSc) in Audiological Science. I'm Cristina Varon, a qualified podiatrist (chiropodist) with a passion for helping people take care of their feet and overall well-being. I trained at the University Complutense of Madrid and qualified in 2019. That same year, I moved to the UK to begin my career, working in both the NHS (Buckinghamshire and Oxford Health) and private practice. Now, I work solely in private care across several locations, offering personalised and professional podiatry services. I believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, and I’m especially passionate about raising awareness of how important foot health is to quality of life. I’m committed to ongoing learning and have completed a variety of professional development courses, including Level 4 Sports Massage at Sports Therapy UK and the Improving Diabetes Care (IDC) course at the University of Warwick, alongside other podiatry-specific training. Dr. Sarah Aturia is a highly experienced Consultant in Anaesthetics and Pain Medicine, with a special interest in the management of musculoskeletal, joint, back, neck, neuropathic, pelvic, post-surgical pain, as well as Fibromyalgia. Her clinical practice spanning both the NHS and private sectors, covers all aspects of acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain. With a compassionate and patient-centred approach, Dr Aturia is committed to improving her patients’ quality of life. She develops comprehensive, personalised pain management plans focused on long-term physical, functional, and emotional wellbeing. She has actively led and collaborated on numerous clinical initiatives that have positively impacted both individual patients and the broader community.
